Our venue which can be hired has spectacular views overlooking Moreton Bay and the Port of Brisbane. For your next wedding reception, party, training session, seminar or yoga lesson, why not consider hiring out our venue. It consists of a caterers kitchen, a wooden dance-floor area, a stage, bar and a verandah and can seat up to 120 persons. We have a well stocked bar and our function room is equipped with a projector and giant screen.

Weekday Classes/Training/Functions

Members Non Members

0-4 hrs $75 $150 (Fee of $75 required to secure booking)

4-8 hrs $150 $300 (Fee of $150 required to secure booking)

0-4 hrs slots can be booked if a function has been booked for that night.

0-8 hrs slots can be booked only if there is NOT a function booked for that night.

Weekend Parties/Functions

Non Members $480 (Fee of $300 required to secure booking)

Full Members $240 (A 12 month waiting period from joining date before member price applies)

Active Members $150 (Includes retired and Full Members that are actively involved in the day to day running of the club.)

A VMR Member cannot use their own membership to hire the venue on behalf of someone else or hire our venue if the booking is in relation to any business or commercial activity that will benefit them in any way, form or manner.

Friday/Saturday/Sunday night functions hirees can bumpin from 2pm and all belongings must be removed at the end of your hire period.

Functions held on Public Holidays will be charged at weekend rates.

Discounted rates may be available to Not for Profit Groups.
